广东珠江稀土有限公司(简称珠江稀土)创建于1966年，位于广州市黄埔区，占地面积15.3万平方米，建筑面积5.8万平方米。公司注册资本9058.51万元，总资产62118万元。 现有员工480人，其中各类专业技术人员80多人。企业法人代表：谢亚衡，总经理：罗小博。

珠江稀土由珠江冶炼厂改制设立，其股东包括：中国有色金属建设股份有限公司、赣州虔东实业集团有限公司、广东广晟有色金属进出口有限公司。珠江稀土是中国华南地区最早从事稀土元素分离的外向型企业，具备离子矿分离能力3000吨／年的生产规模，拥有先进的串级萃取分离技术和设备。主要产品有单一稀土氧化物系列和稀土化合物，年产值3亿元。公司稀土生产历史悠久，“珠江牌”稀土产品是国际著名品牌。1990年获得广东省进出口商品检验局授予的稀土氧化物产品出口检验认证资格。1994年3月获得国家经贸委批准的稀土产品进出口经营权。1998年4月获得中华人民共和国对外贸易经济合作部颁发的“出口企业资格证书”。1998年4月获得ISO9002∶94标准认证证书 。目前，我公司承担国家稀土冶炼分离产品生产指令性计划，是具备稀土出口资质的我国重点稀土生产企业。

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Guangdong Zhujiang Rare Earths Co., Ltd. (here simply called Zhujiang, its predecessor was Guangzhou Zhujiang Refinery) is one of the large-scale backbone enterprises of rare earths in China, and also the only enterprise for fully separation of whole rare earth elements. China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. is her holding company, and holds 72% of the share.

Since its foundation Zhujiang has been specializing in rare earths separation and production with more than 40 years history. It has a high reputation at home and abroad. Now, the capacity of separating ion absorption ore is 3000t/y.
