本公司已具备先进的生产工艺雄厚的技术力量，完善的检测手段；主要设备有押出机四台、集合绞线机六十台、成型机十五台、编织机一百二十台、包纸机一台、缠绕机二十台、脱皮机十二台、导通检查机八台、阻抗检查机六台、 极性机六台、耐压检查机三台、摇摆测试机一台、拉力测试机二台、恒温锡炉三十台。每月总产量漆包绞线15吨、斜包隔离线150万米、编织线100万米、各类线材300万米、耳机插头、DC插头线每月120万PCS以上。
2004年本公司通过英国摩迪认证公司：ISO9001：2000和SONY公司“SONY GREEN PARTER：认证。本公司所有产品全部实行无毒、环保、标准。

Dongguan Qiaotou Mingxing Electronics Factory is located at The No.one Scientific&Technical Park of Qingguang, Qiaotou Town.
In 1999,we established New place technology,Ltd.in HongKong.Since setting foot in electrical wire industry, we have been keeping enlarging the business scale for years. We mainly handle such line as high-class earphone cord, audio-cord, computer data cord, pu winding(wire coil),transparent aluminum foil wire,woven wire,DC plug,cellphone charger,enamel covered strand.We exert ourselves to develop new products and enhance product quality continually with the quality guideline guideline "Quality is orientation, customer is foremost, teamworks is the key, keeping improvement, greening environme ntal protection". Always Mingxing receives new challenge with high-quality products, considerate price and sincere service .At present, the products has sold high in China, HongKong ,Taiwan, Korea ,Japan, U.S., Etc.
We have be equipped with advanced craftsmanship, solid technical power,perfect detedction and inspection instrument and system.The main facilities are: four extruders, sixty stranders, fifteen molking machines, one hundred and twenty woven machines, one paper-covering machine , twenty twisters, twelve peeling machines , eight tunnel detectors, six impedance detectors, six polarity detectors, three anti-press testers, one swing tester,two pull testers, thirty constant temperature tin smelters. The monthly output:fifteen ton of enamel covered strand, one thousand and five hundred thousand meter of isolated wire, one million meter of woven wire ,three million meter of all kinds of wire, over one thousand and twenty hundred thousand pcs of earphone plug cord and DC plug cord.
In 2004, we had obtained the certification of ISO9001:2000 from AOQC Moody International Certification Registrar and the certification of SONY Green Parter from SONY .All of the products of us are innocuous, environmental-protection, standard.
