Product Description:
STYCAST 2850 KT is a two component, thermally
conductive epoxy encapsulant that can be used with a variety of
catalysts. It features a low coefficient of thermal expansion and
excellent electrical insulative properties. STYCAST 2850 KT has
a gritty consistency due to the filler size.
Applications:
STYCAST 2850 KT is designed for replacement for
heat sinks in non-integrated electrical components and
assemblies. It is also recommended for use in high voltage
applications where surface arcing or tracking is a concern.
